1. What topics will be covered in this 4-week perimenopause course?
In this course, we will explore understanding perimenopause symptoms, managing lifestyle and diet for better health. We will add 2 days worth of strength training, other movement, talk about rest and recovery.
2. How is the course structured and what can I expect each week?
The course kicks off on Friday - giving you 3 days to get acclimated with the app and prepare for kick off on Monday - including hitting up the grocery store and meal prepping. You should plan to check the app every morning as to set the tone for the day and again at the end of the day to check off your action as complete (or not!). Don't forget to check in to the community where we will be supporting each other, offering more than just the education lessons in the course.
3. Do I need any special materials or preparation before starting the course?
Just a smart phone (Android or Apple), two sets of dumbbells (a light and medium), a good attitude and willingness to contribute to our community chats!
4. Will there be any live sessions or opportunities to interact with the instructor and other participants?
We have a community built into the app where you can ask questions and interact with the other participants. We also have a messenger feature in the app in which you can shoot me a question anytime! I want you to feel fully supported during these 4 weeks, so I encourage questions and participation!
